This policy explains what personal data saadhak.in collects and how it is used.
What we collect
Account data: your name (optional), email address and encrypted password. Membership data: your membership level, start/expiry dates and payment history. Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security and debugging. Preferences such as your chosen script are stored in your browser, not on our servers.
How we use it
To provide the Service, manage your membership, send transactional emails (trial expiry, renewal reminders, receipts) and respond to messages you send us. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the Service: our hosting provider and Razorpay (for payments), each bound by their own privacy terms. We disclose data if required by law.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies for login sessions and security. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type) so we can improve it; IP addresses are anonymised and this data is not used for advertising. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the Service.
Retention & your rights
Account data is kept while your account exists. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time via the contact form; we will respond within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by Indian tax law.
