The Service

saadhak.in provides interactive audio lessons for Vedic recitation: recordings synchronised word-by-word with the text, playback tools and multiple scripts. Content is for personal, non-commercial study.

Accounts & membership

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Memberships are personal and may not be shared. The free trial gives full access for 10 days; paid membership gives access for the period purchased (currently 30 days per payment, non-recurring). We may add, change or remove chapters and features as the library grows.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, download, redistribute or resell the audio, text or timing data; circumvent access controls; or use the Service in any unlawful way. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The recordings, timing data, software and design of the Service are owned by us or our licensors. The underlying Vedic texts are in the public domain.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
