Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial first

Every new member gets a 10-day free trial with full access — no payment details needed. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure the Service works for you before paying.

Refunds

If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of a payment and we will either fix the problem or refund that payment in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days. Payments older than 7 days, and periods of membership already used beyond those 7 days, are not refundable.

Cancellation

Memberships are currently non-recurring: you are never charged automatically. A paid period simply expires 30 days after payment, and we email you a renewal reminder. There is nothing to cancel — if you don’t renew, no further charges occur.

Duplicate or failed payments

Duplicate charges are refunded in full. If a payment is debited but your membership isn’t activated within a few hours, contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.
